Impressive picture quality

Definitely love these older mystery films, and I'm very impressed with the great picture quality. The fact that it's a sleek bundle of 4 films makes it easier to add to ones collection.

Definitely underated!

Ryan Reynolds was pretty great as Hal Jordan. Wish they had spent more time on his training, and got rid of that weird glowy feel, but it was definitely underrated.

An ending to an incredible epic

I definitely recommend getting this film on bluray, it gives justice to the incredible cinematic quality of Battle of the Five Armies. Definitely recommend for any LOTR/Hobbit fan.

Great start to an interesting series

A few things were left out, that I felt were important to the novel, but it was overall a really well done beginning for a blockbuster film.

Pretty great action film

I really enjoyed this film, the plot was pretty interesting and it was a very solid cast. I thought Arnold really had fun in his role, and what's better than Jim Caviezel.

Absolutely love this dvd set! Golden Girls is one of my favorite shows - season five in particular is a great season with stand out episodes like Mary Had a Little Lamb, Clinton Avenue Memories and Sick and Tired. Wish they had taken time to enhance the video footage, but still a great set to own.

Chris Pine is a great Jack Ryan

I thought how the writers used a real life tragedy as the motivation for Jack joining the military, and later the CIA was pretty realistic. Keira and Chris had good chemistry together, and she was, in my opinion, the best actress to play Cathy to date. I hope they make more films with this cast.

Not as good as the book, but pretty good

The biggest issue people have with this movie is that it differs from the books too much. It's not a terrible film, but loyal readers expect the film to stay closer to this pure storyline that Rick Riordan masterfully created. Either way, it was still pretty enjoyable. Percy and Grover were well cast.
