Decent - if you've never seen another film

New Moon is what it is: a page to script adaptation of a less-than-stellar novel. Stephenie Meyer makes Stephen King look like Shakespeare, and this film makes Interview with the Vampire look like The Hurt Locker. In an age of Avatar and Lord of the Rings, the special effects are particularly disappointing. The wolves in New Moon are clunky and unrealistic; Donkey in Shrek looks more lifelike. There are some genuinely laugh out loud moments that the filmmakers never intended, so grab your popcorn and your 15-yr old sister and enjoy!
What's great about it: Passes two hours of your life
What's not so great: outdated special effects, wooden acting, angst-driven "plot"
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not your mother's vampire movie

The film succeeds where the book fails, making Bella a more approachable teenager and removing the dozens of extended scenes in the novel that focused entirely on how beautiful and perfect and sparkly and amazing Edward is. Cheers to that!
Good for a laugh, but fails as either a serious romantic or vampire film.
What's great about it: movie excises worst of the book
What's not so great: still based on a remarkably silly novel
I would recommend this to a friend!

can u use a gift card to buy movies online and if so how?

Absolutely! During checkout, you'll have the opportunity to enter the codes on the back of the gift card. You'll only need a credit/debit card if the balance on your gift card doesn't cover the total order.
