I have had this product for one week and have done the 30-Day challenge religiously. However, today I bumped up the intensity level, and the Wii would not recognize the movements. After watching the promotional videos, and seeing 200+ lbs people, I felt hopeful that there was a product out there that would help me with my weight loss goals from the comfort of my home rather than going to a gym where people were constanly making fat jokes to my face. I am currently disappointed with the program, but will keep at it and give it the full 30 days, but I eagery await the expansion pack that EA Sports said would be available during the holiday season. Hopefully the expansion pack will have much more variety, and the programing will register the controllers movements much better than they do now.
What's great about it: Cheaper than hiring a real personal trainer plus the gas money to get there.
What's not so great: Doesn't register movements well.
