My housekeeper fixed the mess they made

I ordered this service because i am not tech savvy. The geek squad guys were very nice , but did not do what was needed. When my housekeeper came the the next week, i asked if he thought the pic was good. He said your old tv looked better. He looked behind the television and told me i had a wire jungle back there. He reran all the wires explaining there were no direct hdmi wire connections and that they were all bridged. It took him 5 minutes to redo it and my pic was amazing. A week later my friend told me i didn't have the best pic because i didn't have the 4k 2.0 wires. i bought them and the pic was even better. I am now waiting weeks for someone to call me back and offer a solution. How sad. I am an elite customer and feel as though no one could care at all about the service provided.

I do not know what the fan noise others hear is, but I have not experienced that. it was a 1 minute hookup with a new 2.0 hd cord and everything looks amazing. even the screen saver is 4 hd nature scenes. beyond beautiful. you should purchase this regardless of if you have a smart tv. it is simply that much clearer and more vibrant.

this is a simple no frills wireless usb keyboard. it works fine. the mouse is ultra sensitive which annoys me but all in all, if you just need a simple product you cant beat this.

I love this item. I hate having to set things up. I'm not a "techi" and i always feel as though the instructions are missing something. This sets itself up! Download the app. Open the box. Plug it in. Your on! it talks to your cell phone. No more trying to read little numbers and codes. It does that itself to the phone with a song. Truly amazing.

If you like dunkin' donuts coffee you will love this. I don't know how they did it, but the taste is exacty the same. Living in Los Angeles I miss going to dunkin' donuts for a cup, but now i make my own. Best By has the best price of this that i have found!

This is my second roku. I have one on both tv's. It is probably my favorite addiction. So much better than cable and so many free movies. If you are tired of cable prices try roku. i use netflix and amazon prime on it. they are pay services but well worth it! especially since with amazon you get free 2 day shipping on everything you pourchase from them with your yearly subscription.

i like this item. im still exploring it, but having fun doing so. i am actually playing games on it which i have never done before. ive not mastered the camera but i will. the built in flash is a great feature that ipad air doesnt have,

How does roku 1 work on older tv's
If I buy one Roku1 and have 2 older TV's - do I need a roku for each tv?
you need a roku for each tv. i found that out. its still worth it. i love my roku and all of the stuff that comes with it. i bought a roku 1 and a roku 2 no need to spend a fortune on the others. there is practically no difference.
