AWESOME FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!
Tons of fun for the whole family. Track and Feild, Bowling, Beach Vollyball, Boxing, Table Tennis it all is son much fun.
The track and feild portion keeps you active and I think it is a lot more fun then the Wii.
My family really enjoys it, my 15 yr old daughter, and my 5 yr old son.
What's great about it: Fun and everyone can play
What's not so great: limits to 4 players per game.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No fun in this chocolate factory

This recreation was medicore at best.
Depp, acting was, well lets say not up to par.
Also it seemed like every scene Depp was in the surrounding area was gloomy, no bright colors, I understand that the character was sad, but this was supposed to be fun, vibrent, and funny.
This movie was none of that.
What's great about it: well.....
What's not so great: most scenes looked "gloomy"

AWESOME SHOW

This is my all time favorite TV Series. When I was a kid I would stop everything I was doing to watch tis show. (I was like only 5 or 6 when I first started to watch in the mid 70's)
The sound really, really needs to be remastered. I find myself cranking up the volume while watching the DVDs then when the squad and or the engine fire up their sirens I need to drop the volume, or even sometimes when the scene changes. I cannot believe Universal Studios is not remastering thses before release. But I am happy they are releasing them at all/
The video work is what you expect with 1970's technology.
If you are an Emergency fan or want to buy this for an Emergency fan BUY IT. All the negative stuff I say here is easily overlooked to be able to watch EMERGENCY!
What's great about it: Lots of action '70's style!
What's not so great: sound quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best CD-R with LightScribe on market

made 25 music CDs with LightScribe labels and not one coaster.
Last time I used a different brand and got 10 coasters out of 50....maybe it was just a bad batch but not willing to go back to that company for a while.
VERBATIUM rocks!
What's great about it: NO coasters
What's not so great: cant think of one thing

Don't decide where to place your monitor based on the length of your cable. This PC monitor extension cable with gold connectors allows you to add an extra 6' to an existing VGA or Super VGA monitor cable. Compatible with monitors less than 17".

The "Complete Trilogy" is right. All three movies are here, and that would be a pretty full meal in itself, but along with the 339 minutes of movie on three discs -- all transferred about as well as anyone ever imagined they could be for the home screen, with bright, solid colors and resolution that reveals picture details that might have previously escaped viewers, plus ear-popping sound -- we also get ten hours of extra features. Each disc leads off its bonus section with a 14-minute making-of featurette, done at the time of each respective movie's release, about the evolution of ideas for the plots, the design of the sets and props, the way in which the score was conceived, and the makeup, casting, etc. None is revelatory, but it also would have been silly not to have included each in this package. Much more interesting is "The Making of the Trilogy," three new 15-minute featurettes in which the creators explain themselves better in all of the areas covered by the older featurettes, especially where the special effects and makeup are concerned, though each also reveals some superficiality in the thinking of the producers, such as Bob Gale's statement that no Hollywood movie had ever been built on the notion that every adult was once a kid (there's a movie called It's a Wonderful Life that spends a good bit of time on that very subject). Not that this matters -- the makers came up with two eminently enjoyable and one genuinely funny, touching movie, and it's fascinating to see how they did it, to learn that the movie was nearly sunk by its PG-rated orientation (with R-rated comedies like Fast Times at Ridgemont High making a fortune, every studio thought Back to the Future was too "soft," except for Disney, where they felt the script was too "dirty" because of the implication of defacto incestuous attraction between two of the characters), and to see how Michael J. Fox managed to get the lead role after shooting had already commenced with Eric Stoltz in the part. And then there are the sets of commentary tracks on each disc, one a live question-and-answer session by Robert Zemeckis and Bob Gale before an audience of film students; another an "enhanced" interview with Michael J. Fox (who appears in a window in the upper right-hand corner of the screen) discussing the movie and his role in it; and a commentary track by Gale and Neil Canton, which is deliberately keyed to carry the viewer past the boundaries of the other two commentaries. Disc two contains a similar range of material, but without Fox's enhanced reminiscences; instead, we get a selection of some substantial outtakes from the movie, with the optional accompaniment of Bob Gale's commentary explaining why they were deleted, and an array of outtakes, including flubbed lines and cues. Disc three, in addition to two commentaries, contains one violent scene that was cut out of the third movie, with Gale's explanation of why. The commentary is a little bit thin by this time, as though the participants lost some of their own continuity, even engaging in some strained and limp humor that doesn't quite work. They do admit to an error in the script during the first ten minutes of the movie, but otherwise the remarks here are less focused, and seem to suffer from some of the same weariness that overtook the makers in shooting the third movie. Each disc is dual-layered and offers a seamless, invisible transition, even on older players. Each one opens to a three-tiered menu that is very easy to use, with bonus features that advance automatically on the selection list as they play out. There are also production stills, storyboards, conceptual art, and promotional and marketing materials presented in an interactive format, and each disc offers a DVD-ROM function (for those playing these discs on their computers) that includes the original script for each movie. These extras all may be a little bit more than the trilogy deserves in the total scheme of cinema -- none of the Back to the Future movies is remotely as significant as, say, The Birth of a Nation, Citizen Kane, etc. -- but it is all interesting to take in, one movie at a time, one day at a time, and enlightening about how important luck is, along with talent and bold intentions, in making a successful film (or two or three).

Probably one of the most honored epics on recent television, HBO's mini-series Band of Brothers was produced by the powerhouse team of Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg. It won the Golden Globe for Best Mini-series and is nominated for 19 Emmys. The 6-disc DVD set comes in an embossed metallic case. It has an extraordinary amount of information in addition to the 10-part true-life story of the men of Easy Company in the 506th Regiment of the 101st Airborne Division of the U.S. Army. To start with, it contains the documentary "We Stand Alone Together: The Men of Easy Company," which interviews the real men of Easy Company as they tell their stories, inner-cut with film footage and rare and archival photos. Also included is a making-of feature on the mini-series, actor Ron Livingston's video diary that shows behind-the-scenes footage from the actor's perspective, and a featurette of the screening on the beaches of Normandy. There is also an optional enhanced viewing "Field Guide," which extensively references people, places and events connected to Easy Company and their campaign through Europe and WWII as a whole. Additionally included are character bios, web-links to the Band of Brothers living memorial, as well as other pertinent sites, a still photo gallery, episodic previews and scene selection menus. The DVD is released in widescreen only with a 16:9 aspect ratio from High Definition digital masters, the audio is DTS English and 5.1 Surround as well as English, French and Spanish Dolby Surround. Spanish subtitles and English closed-captioning is also included. This is a must-own DVD set, especially for history buffs and collectors of World War II information.

This is an awesome DVD set.
This is a very well put together set.
The cinamatography, and plot put you right there in the ranks with Easy Company and you find yourself feeling what they felt, the fear, the joy, and the pain.
Highly recommended for WWII history buffs.
What's great about it: Put you right there side by side with Easy Company

Tons of action, good cinamatography for the time, but in some episodes the sound quality leaves a lot to be desired.
Do get me wrong the sound isnt horrible, but it would be nice to have it remastered before release.

Great show. I was so happy whey Universal Studios released Emergency! on DVD.
It brought back tons of memories of watching this show when I was a kid. It still has all of the action, and drama from the 1970s. This was my all time favorite show and now I get to share this with my 3 year old son who is now a Emergency fan.
I just wish Universal Studios would have remastered before releasing.
