Bella Swan (Stewart) doesn't expect much when she moves to the small town of Forks, Washington, until she meets the mysterious and handsome Edward Cullen (Pattinson) - a boy who's hiding a dark secret he's a vampire. As their worlds and hearts collide, Edward must battle the bloodlust raging inside him as well as a coterie of undead that would make Bella their prey. Based on the #1 New York Times best-selling sensation by Stephenie Meyer, Twilight adds a dangerous twist to the classic story of star-crossed lovers.

Not familiar with the Twilight phenemenon? Twilight is a book series written by author [extrodinaire] Stephenie Meyer about a girl who falls in love with a vampire and the struggle of their relationship as he is conflicted by his desire to be with her and his desire to taste her blood. This Disc is the film adaptation of the first book in the series.
As someone who's not only read these books several times and spent well over the price of this disc in the theatres seeing the movie, this is THE chick-flick-keeper-movie of the 21st century! I can only say that the thought of seeing all these beloved characters in HD is worth the price of upgrading.
Haven't seen the "big deal" of HD, talk to the Geek Squad !
Why go Blu? Well, if you're stilling listening to cassette's in your car radio this probably isn't a big deal, but for the tech-saavy or the extremely lucky, Blu ray movies really do bring the theatre experience to your home.
Why buy here? Best Buy is one of two stores that will be carrying this format for the March 21st release.
What's great about it: Robert / Edward in HD!
What's not so great: The special edition isn't available until MAY?!
I would recommend this to a friend!
