Not as good as Modern Warfare

The release of COD Modern Warfare completly re-defined the entire FPS world, But COD World At War doesnt earn that ranking. World At War is essentialy Modern Warfare with different guns and new levels. There are no new features, no new controls, and the story cant stand up to its predosesor either. The graphics are still pretty good and its still fun but it doesnt capture the jaw dropping moments, or the edge of your seat intensity that Modern Warfare had. The online is really the only thing that is equal between the two. Youll spend a lot of hours playing your friends online and working for your next promotion. Overall this is a pretty good game but just a little too similar to COD 4.
What's great about it: Older weapons, Online multiplayer,
What's not so great: short story, feels recycled, weak story
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's been over a year since MGS4 realeased and it's still arguably the best PS3 exlusive around. Not because there arent any good exclusives, but simply because this is not your average game, Its a supergame complete with everything you ever asked for. The graphics are outstanding on 1080p and the cutscenes almost look real at times. Although the cutscenes are too long they do look great and you can always skip them. But skiping scenes will only get you lost in the story and later scenes will make even less sense, and the story is a piece of art in itself so youll ony miss out. The game can get confusing at times due to the vast amount of manuevers like rolling, diving, and a bunch of really cool CQC moves but it all comes easy in time. There is also a really nice gun-upgrade system that comes with the large set of weapons so you can custamize your whole arsenal. This isnt your average game, its an amazing piece of art and every PS3 owner should buy it,
What's great about it: graphics, sound, AI, gun upgrades, price, story,
What's not so great: cutscenes a little too long,

Really a PS3 must have

A lot was said about this game long before its release, some good some bad. Now its finally time to put those words to the test. Non stop action, and great gunplay is the basis of this game and its all done very very well. The story is a little on the short side but dont let that scare you, the quality is amazing. Some of the best graphics to date and intense battles will constantly keep you on the edge of your seat. There are plenty of trophies that will make it worth your wihle to replay the story and stats can be improved as well. Multiplayer is outstanding. Complete with a great ranking system and several classes, this one rivals Call of Duty. If you dont have online you can also play against bots which is still fun. If a compeling story and crazy online battles is what you crave then Killzone 2 is an absolute must.
What's great about it: Graphics, multiplayer, guns, action
What's not so great: shorter story mode

why does my PS3 work when connected via HDMI cable to one TV, but not with other cables to different TV ?

If your trying to switch from HDMI to Standard you can either change your setings or when your PS3 is hooked up to a standard TV after being on HD just hold your finger over the on button for about 5 seconds and it will automatically change to standard. I think that what your asking and if not, sorry.
