I am completely angry and have been told call back one to many times. I paid way too much for my washing machine for it to quit working this quick and then I can not get any one to service it. I will never buy a Samsung again. I have owned GE and Whirl pool before both lasted atleast 10 years before I had a problem.
What's great about it: Washed a lot of clothes.
What's not so great: Can not get Samsung to service it and it is not even 7 months old!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
