The Companion 2 Series III system delivers a significant performance upgrade over your computer's conventional speakers. TrueSpace stereo digital signal processing reproduces wide, lifelike sound from just 2 speakers.

Speakers are just OK, in my opinion. Not as great as many reviews have noted. The sound seems a little bit muffled and not very clear. Returned unit and got another one. Same thing. Most annoying thing is that there is no power light on the front. The power button is black against a black speaker case and it is very easy to leave the speakers ON when you shut off the computer and everything else for the day. I've done it many times and I'm usually very aware of making sure everything is OFF when I leave the computer for the day.

Good Elton John show - a little slow in the beginning, but picks up later and get everyone hopping.
BUT...The producers of the DVD/BluRay should be ashamed. The video quality is poor. It's very grainy like it wasn't shot with the incorrect exposure or tape. Come on. This is not new technology to tape a live performance. Why couldn't they do a better job? I know it's not my equipment, because other reviewers on another site have said the same thing. Too bad. Elton is a terrific performer, but there is no excuse for poor quality video these days.
What's great about it: Got to see EJ without paying the price in Las Vegas
