Three Things It Nails: Story-Mode, Online, & Fun

Good: The graphics is photo-realistic, the story-campaign has intense and thrilling moments, multiplayer-online is addicting and fun as usual from the first game, Spec-Ops is a challenge-mode that becomes challenging and mind-bobbling.
Bad: The story-campaign is short (You can beat it in 5-6 hours), the story is confusing.

Assume the role of Batman, relying on your wits, strength and arsenal of gadgets to foil a demented scheme cooked up by the Joker. Cling to the shadows, employing the utmost stealth to help you hunt down enemies without being seen. Face off against an array of Gotham villains, including Harley Quinn, Victor Zsasz and Killer Croc, and do your best to unlock the secrets that shadow Arkham before you become the next victim.

Good: The Unreal Engine 3.0 graphics are amazing compare to Gears Of Wars & Bioshock, stealth and fighting mechanics is exhilarating, the game makes you feel like you're actually Batman, boss battles are incredible and epic(especially when you're fighting Scarecrow), the atmosphere and setting feels like you're in a comic-book, voice-acting is fun to listen to, challenge-mode is very fun after beating story-mode.
Bad: Not enough Batman villians to fight, no replay value, the twist of the story is out of no where.

What's Great: Free Roaming, Easy Traveling, Using the Electrical Powers, Upgrading Your Powers, Cool Comic Book-Like Cutscenes, Interesting Villians, A Good and A Bad Ending
What's Bad: Not That Much to Explore After a While, Small Glitches, The Variety of Side Missions Become the Same Each Time After A While, Your Main Character summarizes The Story for You In Each cutscene
