I needed a new camera for concerts that would not get banned by security. Most shows will not let you in with a DSLR or anything that looks 'professional'. I got this one so it would fly in under the radar but still take acceptable pics. It has great low light sensativaty and the 600mm zoom is great for getting in close.

I got this remote to replace the 5 other remotes on my coffee table. Basic set up was a breeze and after a little tweaking I have all the tiniest little details working just like they do on the native remotes. The only thing I can ding it for is that it is very light and does not feel substantial in your hand.
What's great about it: easy to setup and does everything I need
What's not so great: feels light in the hand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

His long does the battery last? I'm thinking about getting a back up one for vacation.
I shot about 700 images w/o flash in a low light situation before the bat was gone. Batterys are cheap compared to missing a shot. Get some extras.

Does this camera has date stamp?
yes images can be taged with a lot of info about the image including date.
