The guy version of a chick flick
on October 21, 2008

Everyone is used to seeing movies that focus on the woman in a breakup but Forgetting Sarah Marshall decides to focus on the man. As a man that has been dumped a lot, I connected with this movie. Some of the things he was doing were exactly what i was doing. Of course though this movie is a comedy and is hilarious. This is a situation comedy where the broken hearted man goes to Hawaii to get away from his problems only to find his ex is there with her new lover. The blu ray disc offers two version of the film and a load of special features. For anyone who loves seeing the behind the scenes workings of a movie set this disc has some great features for you. The BD Live capability brings even more special features only available on BD Live, such as audition tapes.
If you are tired of seeing the same sappy movies with your girlfriend, pick this one up for a funny look at the male side of the break up.
What's great about it: Funny, great special features, two versions of the film
What's not so great: pacing
I would recommend this to a friend!

Learn more about Bioshock - Xbox 360. (Flash demo) SynopsisImagine flying high above the arctic seas, anxiously awaiting your descent to dry land. Without warning, the plane plummets to the cold and unforgiving water at unimaginable speed. Once the aircraft makes contact, you realize that falling from the skies is only the beginning of this nightmare. Wrenched into Rapture, a doomed city beneath the sea, you come across a rusted bathysphere. You learn that this once idealistic society, the brainchild of a hopeful group of scientists, artists and industrialists, now has corpses littering the city limits.Going beyond run-and-gun corridors BioShock presents a unique and unpredictable first-person shooter experience in real time. In order to survive an onslaught of assailants, you must take control of your world by hacking mechanical devices, capturing security towers and crafting items to protect yourself. Upgrade your weapons and genetically modify your body to evade the grotesque ghouls who are after you. Make meaningful choices and mature decisions to ultimately answer the question: Should you exploit the innocent survivors of Rapture or save them?

Favorite game of all time

Bioshock is an instant favorite. The retro Gothic tones of the underwater city Rapture will immerse you into a story so good, it's hard to believe its a video game. Most first person shooters are just run and gun. Bioshock is different, half of the fun is learning about the fallen city of Rapture through audio diaries or just plan looking around. Though you can't be too careless just wondering around, splicers and big daddy's roam this territory and certainly don't care for your presence. You'll need Atom to survive this trek and the only way to get it is a little sister. Unfortunately they are protected by big daddy's. Get ready for plot twists and some great under water action. Bring on Bioshock 2.
What's great about it: Immersive story and environment, sometimes scary and disturbing, forces a moral decision that effects the ending
What's not so great: Wish it were longer.
