Brace yourself for a new set of tricks, tracks and ways to race. The included Wii Wheel transforms your Wii Remote into a steering wheel that feels great in your hands, while the Wii Remote and Nunchuk controller supply a classic control style for veterans of this racing series. Either way, you'll be able to perform impressive speed-boosting tricks, such as jumps, flips and wheelies. You can zip through brand-new tracks and arenas, and also tour classic courses from Super Mario Kart, Mario Kart 64, Mario Kart: Super Circuit, Mario Kart: Double Dash and Mario Kart DS. There are even options for trying all-new motorbikes that have their own special tricks and techniques. The action gets fast, furious and funny when you race in Mario Kart Wii.

Good, Fun Game, But Because It's Just Mario Kart

This is a really fun game and you can get hours of gameplay from it. There's a few new features like boosts, in-air tricks, etc...but other than that, it is pretty similar to Mario Kart Double Dash for the Gamecube. I was kind of disappointed about the lack of upgrades, new features and such, but I'm still satisfied with the game and still play it from time to time even after having bought it over a year ago. One thing I do not recommend for this game is the Wii Wheel. If you want to be cool or whatever by saying you only play with the Wii Wheel, fine, but you'll probably get dominated. It is much more fun and efficient to simply play with the Wii-Mote and Nunchuck or the Gamecube Controller. The drifiting aspect in this game is awesome, and you really can't do it with the Wii Wheel. Another disappointment is the new stages; there are a few fun ones, but other than that I consider them to be pretty weak. Overall, it is a fun game, probably worth buying if you really like the Mario Kart franchise. I'm looking forward to a new Mario Kart game, though.
What's great about it: Easy to Pick Up (at least I think), Tons of New Characters/Vehicles
What's not so great: New Stages Aren't Overly Impressive, Wii Wheel is Somewhat Worthless
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Camera for trip to Hawaii

I'm buying a new camera for a Hawaii Vacation. I really want to take some good pictures of beach scenes, waterfalls, etc. Also so pics with my wife and I in these settings. We are taking a Helecoper ride and I want some good pictures from that. Im probably looking in the $200-$350 range. Any suggestions for these type of pics?
I have a Sony Cybershot 12.1 Megapixel camera, model DSC-T90. It is a very sleek design with a 3 in. touch screen, which is very efficient and easy to use--absolutely zero lag and it gives you full control of the camera. It is so easy to use and the picture quality is amazing. It has 4x optical zoom and takes hd720p video, very efficiently with crystal clear audio. I took it on a trip to Europe and I got some awesome pictures and videos--great memories. I would definitely look into it. It retails for $299.99.

What are some pros and cons for owning a Wii?

What are some pros and cons for buying and owning a Wii? I want to buy a Wii and want to know all the details before I spend any cash.
The Pros:
- Everyone can play it as it markets to all age groups and interests and is easy to learn in most cases.
- Free Wii Sports game, which can give you hours of fun gameplay with friends and family.
- Great, classic Nintendo titles that you can't find anywhere else, like Mario, Smash Bros., Zelda, etc...
- Motion sensory controls that you can't find anywhere else, yet...
- "Virtual Console" where you can go online on the Wii and download classic games from the NES, SNES, Sega Genesis, N64, etc...and play them right on your Wii
- Stylish and easy interface

The Cons:
- Lack of "Extras" possessed by the other consoles, like huge hard drive storage, dvd/blu-ray playing capabilities, wireless file sharing, etc...
- Online experience is minimal/not as impressive as other consoles.
- Not graphically impressive at all - games on the Wii cannot look realistic, period.
- Overload of accessories you have to buy to fully experience the game, costing you an unnecessary amount of money in some cases.
- Motion controls are hardly one-to-one responsive - really, just wagging it around is about the extent to which the sensor bar can identify. Complex motions show no results or purpose in games, unless you buy a Wii Motion Plus add-on ($19.99)
- No high-definition display

When it comes down to it, you are really buying the Wii for its Nintendo titles, and especially if you are a Nintendo fan and you really want to play these games. Other than that, the game selection is somewhat unimpressive because any game that isn't Nintendo-specific just feels out of date in comparison with PS3/Xbox versions of the game. However, the Nintendo titles for the Wii are awesome, and the Virtual Console is, too. In my opinion, these two elements alone make the Wii a worthy purchase.
