What can I say about the game....

I bought the Collectors Edition right on opening day. While last night was the first time playing it, I got sucked into 5 hrs of game time. I played from 7 to 12AM, and I have to get up for work at 5:30. This game made me lose all track of all time. I have been waiting for a fantasy RPG that fully sucks me in, and this does it. Story telling great, character development great. Game play is good, controls take some getting used to and the graphics could use alittle more polish (it is no oblivion). But in the end this game seems to be getting into my top 5 best games of all time (so far).
If you want a game that gets you involved (really involved) this is the one. THIS GAME MAKES YOU WANT TO KNOW WHATS NEXT!!! Anyone that loves RPGs and got bored of WOW, Oblivion, or any other. It is a MUST try!!!!
What's great about it: Amazing story line that sucks you in, fun and solid game play.
What's not so great: Graphics not the best, but good
I would recommend this to a friend!

Xbox vs PS3

My 7 yr old son is wanting a new game system for Xmas and I can't decide between the 360Pro and the PS3. We currently have original Xbox and he likes mostly sports games and the Lego games. The PS3 looks better in my opinion (plus it has Blu Ray ability) but I wonder if the games for it are more adult-oriented. I have also heard the stories of 360's going bad or is this not so much the case with the newer ones? Anyway when I ask him which he'd prefer he always says the Xbox360 first.
Most of the games I have seen for PS3 are adult in nature. There is some on XBox 360 too. You will need to ask yourself a few questions 1) Does your son have any other friends that play game systems? 2) If they do what systems? 3) Can I help in monitoring what he plays? I have an Xbox 360 the main reason I choose that over the PS3 is most of my friends have that and I could play on line with them. PS3 online and social experience is lacking compared to Xbox. Also, PS3 is considered the Hardcore gamer. Shooters, fight games, ect. Person that usually plays games alone or with one other person. Where Xbox has Scene It! (Fun Game), and a few other party games for groups. My opinion, take it as that, I have more fun with Xbox then I would have had with PS3.
