Continents erupt in flames and hails of gunfire as war breaks out on an unprecedented scale. This is World War II, where a massive conflict rages on two fronts: Europe and the South Pacific. Answer your nation's call and travel to distant lands where you'll take part in devastating battles that gripped a generation and laid the foundation for the world as we know it today. Do you have the courage, the cunning and the commitment to fulfill your duties and see the war through to its harrowing end?Prepare for global conflict presented in all its terrible grit and immediacy. In Call of Duty: World at War, you assume the role of a U.S. Marine or a Russian soldier in the waning days of the Second World War. Travel to the far reaches of the conflict, from war-plagued Berlin to the dense jungles of the Pacific theater, as you confront enemies who refuse to contemplate surrender or retreat and who fight all the more desperately ~ and more dangerously ~ knowing the end is near. Employ the weapons at your disposal, including a flamethrower and other new infantry and vehicle-based weapons, and fight to complete your mission as battles explode around you with all the terrible chaos of real war.

Gritty, exciting story, Same excellent multiplayer system, Four-player cooperative campaign, Bayonets and flamethrowers, Zombies. Familiar setting, Familiar game mechanics, Familiar guns.
What's great about it: Great game with multiplayer
What's not so great: A bit of the 'same old, same old feeling'

Moving, intense story that will excite fans and nonfans alike. Beautiful art design dripping with flair. Powerful physics engine lets you execute all sorts of awesome-looking moves. You can punt a Jawa.
Frustrating, imprecise targeting. Several gameplay sequences are simply awful. Way to short.
All in All, it is just a good average game.
What's great about it: Being able to unleash the force like that!!
What's not so great: very short.

The best one so far

I won’t beat around the bush: Grand Theft Auto IV is the greatest game to come out for the Xbox 360 so far. I say that without reservation. It is a true evolution for the critically and commercially successful GTA series, not just a “next-gen” polish job of the same old game. But maybe even more importantly, it’s a new high water mark for video-game storytelling in general. This may sound like hyperbole, but it is deserved: GTA IV signals a moment in video-game history where it can no longer be denied that the medium can be as significant of an entertainment vehicle as the best that movies or television have to offer. GTA IV is sublime.
What's great about it: Deep story and charecter build-up, action-packed, lenghty campaign
What's not so great: dont burn up yer xbox playin it all day! :)

All in All a great game!

Halo 3 builds upon the concepts of Halo 2 in ways that you'd expect, but there are also new modes and options that send the series in exciting new directions.
The Good:
Satisfying storyline that simultaneously provides closure while making you wonder what will happen next. Four-player online co-op is a lot of fun Forge mode map editor lets you do some extremely crazy and unexpected things. Web integration makes sharing new maps and custom modes easy.
The Bad:
Rewinding saved films doesn't work quite like you'd expect it to. AI-controlled Marines can't drive to save their lives (or yours). Inevitable flood of prepubescent online players sure to hamper your enjoyment of the online modes.
What's great about it: Absolutely everything, very entertaining
What's not so great: The marines A.I., but thats not a big deal.
