Creates a gap between dryer and wall

For some reason the new dryer doesn't have a place to tuck this away from the wall area, so it leaves about 6-8" gap behind the dryer. That really sucks. Not sure if I will have to cut a hole into my wall so i can bury it back there or what....otherwise it seems to do what it is supposed to do. Might be fragile if you push it around too much.

We love our new Samsung Washing system. Lots of cool features. The Logical buttons help you determine what you need to set your temperatures at. Pleasant ring tone when finished (almost like a cell phone). Watch the wash load wash as you wait, (say that 3 times fast) through the clear plastic window.

Fill up the fridge with all your favorites from the farmer~s market, bulk store, or local grocery. This Samsung refrigerator has the space to store ingredients for all the ways you like to eat, and keep them cool, crisp, and fresh until mealtimes.

We purchased this freezer/fridge 18 months ago. It suddenly stopped cooling. Because the compressor has a 5 year warranty, only an authorized Samsung repair place can fix it. The earliest someone can come out is in 8 days, and then I was warned it would most likely be another 4 days until the part would come in after that. I am supposed to go 12 days without a refrigerator and freezer! Samsung is not concerned with this fact. BE AWARE THAT SAMSUNG ONLY ALLOWS THEIR CONTRACTORS TO DO WORK ON AND ORDER PARTS FOR THEIR FRIDGES/FREEZERS. I called 2 independent repairmen who could have come out immediately, but they said they are not authorized to purchase parts for Samsung appliances.

Horrible Service Problems

I own about 15 Samsung Refrigerators in many rental properties. They are great when they work. Nothing like them. BUT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET FIXED THESE DAYS. Almost no one wants to work on these units anymore. Samsung is the only model that repair companies are consistently no longer working on! Samsung should address this urgency or risk losing the appliance market all together! Are you listening Samsung???
