Great voice quality and features

The Ooma Telo box was easy to install. The voice quality is excellent. The basic free features are adequate. So you don't need to pay for the upgraded features. The upgraded features are great but you have to pay for them. Two of my relatives have said that they have tried to call and they got busy signals or the call went to voice mail. I am not sure why this has happened because there is call waiting included in the basic features.
What's great about it: Easy to install and Excellent voice quality
What's not so great: I think its too expensive.
I would recommend this to a friend!
