I've had a number of other products from APC and they've worked fine. Unfortunately for some reason, nothing that is plugged into the power outlets of this unit will work. I contacted customer support and they asked for more information even though I had sent most of it before. I sent them them what they requested. I then kept getting messages saying that if they didn't hear from me in 21 days, they would assume that there wasn't a problem anymore. I sent the same information 3 more times and kept getting the same message. On the third time, I said I would be returning it which I will do this week since the only response I got was the same message about the 21 days.
What's great about it: I wouldn't know since it didn't work at all.
What's not so great: Didn't work and appallingly poor customer service
