Will Change Indie Film
on September 3, 2009

I own a Canon 5D Mark II and due to hardware limitations, Canon couldn't provide 24p. Finally they've released the camera that every indie filmmaker dreams about. The world of D-SLR filmmaking has officially arrived.
True, it only has an APS-C sensor, but because of it's updated technology and dual-processors, the 7D can handle more data per second than the Mark II. This means even better image quality.
And if that weren't enough, it also features 60p at 1280x720, giving the option to do silky-smooth slow motion.
Finally, this is true 24p. That means no cadence. You pull the footage right off the camera, pre-render and start editing. No pulldown required.

What's great about it: 1920x1080 24p HD Video, Dual-Digic Processors
What's not so great: None
I would recommend this to a friend!
