ONLINE ORDR TKES 10DYS TO REACH GEEKSQD

I ordered the geek squad package needing a dependable person to hook up my 42 plasma. I was advised the geek rep would come with the TV. I was told I could schedule my day to acomdate my work and school schedule. Both statments were false the on-line option only let you select standard shipping no date. Then, when I called the geek dpt they told me they have no visability to on-line order for 10days and within that time frame they send you a letter. I advised them I see a tracking # with scheduled delvry for 10/2. Cynthia said that is their services but not their order and apologized for it sounding so dumb. Why except orders when you can not meet the cus service nor help them at least by pulling up the account. So, consquently you wait 10 days for them to get the account in their system then up to another 10 days for them to come and service you but you paid them almots 20 -30 days ago horrible service. In additon, I was disconnected 2x by male indivudals after requesting a supervisor.
What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: You purchase the package on line it shows with shipping and tracking number but really the geek squad dsnt have it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
