My GPS works just fine; however, my wife's does not work as well. I believe it is just a glitch due to mass production. We are going to take that one back since we have the warrantees and get a new one. Love the Traffic updates; on our trip to New York City, that option saved us hours getting it to and out of the City. I would buy one of these for every vehicle I own.
What's great about it: I have always used a GArmin and this one is just as easy as the others i have owned
What's not so great: Don't drop it...That is how my last one was destroyed.
I would recommend this to a friend!
