My favorite show ever.

grew up loving zombie movies as a kid (night of the living dead, return of the living dead, etc. etc.). when this show started getting promoted I was hooked before the first episode, thankfully the series did not disappoint. Have not missed a single episode since the premier. If you jumped on board late you definitely need to catch up from the beginning. its about so much more than zombies. even my wife got hooked and she's more into comedies.

Great story, great acting. builds up great to the action scenes at the end. anyone expecting non stop action needs to go into this with different expectations. I didn't know what type of movie it was and was not disappointed. someone complained in a review that you have to pay attention with this movie...... yeah. it has subtitles but I think it adds to the realism of the Germans. Great movie.

party gone wild

Its a movie about nerdy/ unpopular kids throwing a birthday party that gets out of control. Its entertaining and I would watch it again. some of the stuff that happens at the party you can't imagine really going on but still fun. you see the movie from the point of view of a kid shooting with his camera, but its not bad at all, none of that running around where its hard to see whats going on. and not the whole movie is from this point of view because at times I forgot or didn't notice that it was shot this way. worth watching.

no real surprises, but the action scenes make up for it. definitely worth watching. not really into martial arts movies but this was a really good watch.

My favorite movie of all time. great cast, acting, some of the best lines. One of those you can watch over and over. its becoming an older movie but if it would of come out today it would still be as great today. Many movies have tried to do what this did but they all fall short. a must have.

How do you determine the best size flatscreen TV for the room it will be in?

Measure the spot where it's going to be set, and get a large TV that will fit in the area. I got a 37" for my bed room but when i got it home it seemed too big and thought of exchanging it for a 32". After having it for a month i think even a 40 to 42" would be fine. You get used to it so don't be afraid to go for the bigger! If you like going to the theater you will like having a big screen!

existing standard dishnetwork service

we have standard dishnetwork/satellite service to our home and we are looking at buying a NEW flat screen tv for christmas. We DO NOT want to upgrade our standard dish box to a HD dish box just to view our existing service, what should we look for when we are going to buy, or is it even possible to have standard service with the new hd-tv's?
It is possible to have standard service with the new HD Tv's. You just won't view the TV in High Def. If you upgrade your dish service it usually adds $10 a month, and you get your existing service plus HD channels. The only way to get the most out of an HD TV is to have HD service, otherwise your TV will look like when viewing your old TV's, just in a sleeker better looking Set. If you don't want to upgrade your service, don't spend the extra money on a 1080p TV, this gives you a clearer picture but is only used with a high def source.($5-10 extra w/dish). Save your money and get a 720p. If you want something bigger than 37" i have not seen any in 720p, they jump up to 1080p, unless you want to get a plasma(but i recommend LCD).
