I've had the Wii Fit and do not like it...I don't want to have to pick the excercises to do. I want them to put together some excercises and make it a good balance that will work. It's been awesome...I've started out on the 30 day challenge on week 2 and loving it. It has definitely made me break a sweat and was very sore with the lunges for the first 3 days. But my con is it's only 18min. long. Wish I could put in like 30min and it would increase the reps of the different excercises...right now there is only like 10reps each excercise and is around 18min. long. Overall LOVE IT!!! Would definitely buy it again. I also agree the band is cheapo!!!
What's great about it: A variety of workouts and levels of ease! Love it more compared to Wii Fit!
What's not so great: Wish I could set the time limit on how long I want to work out, and the cheap arm bands
I would recommend this to a friend!
