We bought this as a replacement for a similar model we had for 20 years. We had the control panel replaced once after 10 years. The control panel was starting to go bad again and parts were not available for repair. After reading reviews of other brands we knew we had to go back to Sharp. It's a little pricey but, worth every penny. The free shipping offered by Best Buy was a big plus.
What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: Can't think of anything
I would recommend this to a friend!
