My proposal was emailed 3 days after the Geek Squad consultant had promised (I am on a tight schedule since our contractor is ready to put the walls back up). When recieved, the proposal was simply a purchase order list - everything was an upsell from what we had discussed. And the consultant didn't leave the coupon. A complete waste of time. Better to do your research online and talk to in-store sales people.

got the consult went to the store they tried to talk me out of what the consultant had recommended chalked up my hundred bucks to school of hard knocks won't buy from best buy
