The main screen of the map does not show distances. The estimated time arrival is worthless, it calculates it based on no traffic, even though there is a traffic feature. The routes calculated are sometimes different even for the same destination, and does not appear to be the fastest route. It takes you on city streets instead of freeways. It does not show street names of the upcoming streets. Garmin is not the best GPS around.
What's great about it: Good price, free traffic
What's not so great: Estimated time is ever changing, doesn't consider traffic properly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
