Great at cleaning and isn't too heavy. Easy to move around. However, the handle piece is extremely loose & the machine has fallen over several times when I walk away. Have to prop it against a wall. Going to have it looked at/replaced.
What's great about it: Does a good job cleaning and it isn't too heavy compare to Bissell's product
What's not so great: The handle is very loose, machine has fallen over because of it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
