The RPG powerhouse Bioware has released its newest game and the traditional Bioware feel is immediately noticeable. Unfortunately, the game falls short of Bioware's other wonderful efforts. The graphics may be thought of as weak (for those who care, I personally thought they were fine), there were some frame rate issues, and the lack of no tutorials is brutal in this game. It was difficult figuring out all the nuances of the fighting and character development mechanics without a tutorial in the beginning. To focus on the positives, I thought the story was well done and there is an extensive backstory for those who are interested in that sort of thing. Also, the degree of customization available is fantastic and I spent hours adjusting fighting tactics to suit how I play. The character interactions are great and I actually grew to care about what happened to my party. So in the end, this game will be appreciated by RPG lovers, Bioware fans, or those willing to put in the time to learn how to play this game.
What's great about it: Interesting story, customizability
