I was disappointed in that I was looking for a carpet cleaner that provides a deep cleaning with steam, and this was not what I had in mind. This cleans your carpets with hot tap water and not a "steam" feature.
What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: It says "steamvac" but it does not "Steam". It merely uses the hot water you put in it from your tap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
