Ordered on-line because of sale price Friday night, picked up in store Saturday morning. Easy initial setup although I made picture and sound adjustments to my preference. Digital picture is good but I then got a High-Def box from my cable company and the High-Def picture is great. Sound is average, OK for regular TV programs, but I will eventually hook up an external sound system for movies and music. Overall, a good buy for a little over $700.
What's great about it: good value for price I paid
What's not so great: no S-video input, average picture without Hi-def

Is this tv non-glare or matte finish?
It is a smooth finish, I only saw glare when there was direct light shinning in front of the TV. Move the light or slightly tilt or swivel the TV.

60hz vs. 120 hz
Will a 60hz tv be adequate for watching reg. tv and an occasional movie?
