This is a movie that anyone would enjoy. It has a decent plotline and has enough laughs and surprises to keep the whole family entertained. We have both this movie and the second one (Battle of the Smithsonian) and all of us - 2 adults, a 5 year old, and a 9 year old - agree that we prefer this one, although both are very fun. I do not know about the bonus features or if there are any as we have not looked at them if there are any. Do keep in mind that there are a few spots that may scare younger or more sensitive kids, so you may want to watch it yourself first so you can warn the kids when the scary parts are coming. Overall an excellent family movie.
What's great about it: This is a very fun and entertaining movie for everyone, had the adults laughing as much as the kids
What's not so great: It does have some scary parts and my five-year-old was whimpering and hiding his face in the couch at times.
I would recommend this to a friend!
