Don't Bother!

Despite all the action, it still boils down to the cops letting a bad guy go and having to constantly chase him. Nobody in the real world could get away with what this idiot does! I will not waste my time watching this BS again!!!
What's great about it: A lot of action
What's not so great: very poor plot
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
