Installed system, purchased Premium, ported local number, ported other state residence number, disconnected land line supplier wires at outside box, bought Panasonic wireless phone set, and plugged in kitchen wall phone to wall jack.
Now I have removed land lines from both houses, I can answer phone calls for here (AZ) and for another state (WA), have phones in the house where I want them,and can have my cell phone ring when I'm away from the house.
I had to call Ooma support several times to keep adding the features I wanted ----- but eventually got what I wanted.
Sometimes had to call back and talk to another rep if I felt I needed more help than I was getting

What's great about it: features and cost
What's not so great: slow but acccuate support
I would recommend this to a friend!
