The technician was on time and set up the tv and blu ray very quickly.
He sent me an email with instructios and told me what else I needed to do, as far as an ethernet cable for the blu ray and getting a universal remote.

What's great about it: He was on time and got the job done.
What's not so great: I could have used a little more instruction.
I would recommend this to a friend!
