I love playing this game with my son but against the CPU or in career mode the SUBMISSIONS are IMPOSSIBLE to pull off! Everytime I play the computer I am submitted almost as soon as it goes to the ground but when I try to pull off the submission against the CPU I am denied, matter of fact you cant even get a subbmission in the tutorial!
Online it is very hard to get into a match, "very slow to get matched with an opponent" this gets pretty fustrating!
Overall the game is pretty cool. I like everything else about the game and if they could fix these two problems it would be very fun to play but until then I am about ready to sell it or shelf it! I mean the whole reason you play a game like this is to win! or atleast some of the time but you cant win playing the computer when it comes to subbmissions.
I recommend you borrow or rent it before you buy it!!!
What's great about it: For the most part everything
What's not so great: Submissions, Online
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This game is not what I expected at all. The graphics are cool and very colorful but still kinda cartoonish. I dont know how to eplain the character movement excepet maybe a walking bobble head doll and is probably the thing I dislike the most. It almost feels like I am forceing the character around the map.
Weapons seem pretty weak, sniper takes to many shots to kill, gun sights are lame, respawing in front of a bullet is lame, everyone snipeng is lame, running around trying to find something to shoot and getting shot over and over by snipers is lame, did I mention respwaning is lame?
I feel this game is far from a great FPS game but it is still fun to play and if you have patience in time you will probably get better and start to enjoy the game. As for me I have yet to find the real fun yet but am not going to give up because right now I am sick of MW2 and all the cheating and boosting ect. If and when Infinity Ward fixes all this I will probably spend less time on BFC2.
One thing I almost forgot to metion is that I really do love the map layouts better than MW2 . When you crouch behind a window you are pretty much out of site which is not the case in MW2 where you are still pretty visible. I do not understand why there is no prone in BFC though, kind sucks I think but whatever. So go buy the game you will most likely love it and if not just trade it.
What's great about it: Nothing really great.
What's not so great: Nothing really bad.

When I first started playing this game I had lots of fun but now with all the cheating and boosting going on it really makes no sense to even play anymore. People are constantly exploiting the game and Infinity ward is doing nothing to stop it. For example every other free for all match you will find someone boosting " setting tactical insertion and killing each other over and over to gain killstreak rewards and eventually the nuke BOOM!! game over for everyone. Team death match is not really a team at all everyone is out for number one. This game has lost alot of it's original flare because of the cheating and lack of teamwork. Things that could make this game better is maybe a lobby for people who just want to cheat but I suppose they wouldn't find any fun in that. I know halo multiplayer trys to match people of the same skill but in MW2 you will be matched against someone who is either and absolute expert or someone who has never played a shooter game before,so maybe if they could match people according to their skill level. All in all this is a really fun game if you like just running and guning. Also parents beware!! you kids will be exposed to some very filthy language and sad to say it is mostly just little kids talking like this. Would I recommend this to a freind?well that is a yes and no question.
What's great about it: Graphics,Weapon choices, overall this is a great game.
What's not so great: Cheaters.
I would recommend this to a friend!
