I switched from another VoIP carrier and am very pleased with the result. I just completed paperwork to port my second line to Ooma - again, straight forward.
The call quality has been excellent - I've been on the service for 3 months and find it very worthwhile.
A minor issue had emerged. I was able to resolve it with a single phone call to a local person who was pleasant and polite - great service, no repeat issues.
What's great about it: call quality, cost, ease of setup, customer service
What's not so great: having to prepay for international long distance
I would recommend this to a friend!
