I label "Conditions" as a PERFECT album. With that said, I predicted that The Temper Trap would fall into that assumed decline that nearly every band falls into when trying to one-up their previous works. Fortunately, I was proven wrong....WAY WRONG!. "Need Your Love", which some might not enjoy, starts the album preceding "London's Burning" which defines the rest of "The Temper Trap". "Where Do We Go from Here" and the last song, "Leaving Heartbreak Hotel", only add to the greatness of the record, the latter being my personal favorite which will leave you repeating "catch you in my sleep" for hours on end (unless it's just me lol). The styles of the songs, as happened in "Conditions", are almost always different and would not instantly be recognized as "generic Temper Trap", which is a good thing because they are able to span so many different musical fashions. Dougie Mandagi (lead vocals) really expresses his voice which, although at times somewhat annoying for me, seems perfectly fitting for their self-titled record. Congrats Temper Trap, on a masterpiece and maybe in another three years, I won't doubt the release of their next album the way I do with everyone else. All in all: PERFECT.

Unfortunately, I think I should call it quits with trying to give LP another chance again, again, and again. Be prepared cause I'm about to insult TWO bands... In my opinion, Linkin Park has become the new Dave Matthews Band in which millions upon millions of people anticipate the release of their new album with false hopes that anything produced will actually be the equivalent or better than "Crash" or "Hybrid Theory". I'm not going to give the generic "I was a fan since (insert year here)" (although I was), but to tell you the truth, for the sake of the consumer, their old stuff was what made them unique. With that said, "Living Things" is anything but that. "Lost in the Echo" will probably get stuck in your head for a good day or two but it's nothing compared to, say, "Runaway" or "Place for My Head"; it's standard Linkin Park, the way "Burning in the Skies" was "A Thousand Suns" stereotypical Linkin Park. The only original song on the entire album is "Victimized" which, unfortunately, is not even 2 minutes long. It's got sort of a Blink-182 throwback style opening and then slides into modern LP electronic-screaming-rap which was kind of a breath of fresh air. All in all, people just now getting into Linkin Park might enjoy it but for those who have experienced their previous works, they will be disappointed. And to those newbies, get something worth listening to: Hybrid Theory and Meteora will blow your brains out. "Living Things": we've already heard these songs before.

After (of course) hearing "Pumped Up Kicks" and "Helena Beat", I had high expectations for this album. I wasn't disappointed too much. The first half of the album is great. It's unique and flows very well. After the first couple tracks, one will begin to noticed a bit of too much similarity in the songs, however, they still deliver. Overall, a cool listen. If you haven't already, pick this up...your subwoofer will thank you.

(Always wanted to comment on this album!). If you heard their singles and enjoyed them then why don't you own this?!?!? As the title says, this album is perfect: there is NOT one song you will want to skip over; it's just that good. One of, if not, the best album I've ever listened to.

ODST should be understood to not be a multiplayer game, hence it comes with the second disc that provides said experience. Because of this, it should be thought of as strictly a 'campaign' only game and it focuses more on the story which is, if not, the best ever presented in a game (it even houses one of the best side-stories). Altogether, ODST is another great game in the Halo series. Bungie = perfection!
