I like this even better than the first one

I like the backgrounds on an island, the step aerobics, the obstacle course, and squash. It was easy to import my fitness profile from the first workouts game. I would like to have more variety with the step aerobics routines. This game motivates me to workout daily!
What's great about it: variety of activities
What's not so great: only one warm up and cool down
I would recommend this to a friend!

Enjoyable workout routine in the comfort of home

I bought the EA Sports Active personal trainer in an attempt to stick to a New Year's resolution. Thankfully, it has worked! I have read that people have a difficult time getting the game to register their movement. I have found that when that happens, it is my own fault for not following the directions properly. There are videos for each exercise that show and tell you exactly what you need to do. The resistance band is weak and I ended up breaking mine after 6 weeks, but I liked having a weak band to start out with. I think that I would have gotten frustrated starting out with a stronger band. I have lost fat and gained muscle using this product and have recommended it to my friends. It is cheaper than a gym membership and easier to motivate myself to do than driving to the gym.
What's great about it: Easy to get going and sticking to it
What's not so great: Hanging on to the Wiimote
I would recommend this to a friend!
