worst experience ever

I bought this new machine and from the start it was not cleaning clothes. I sat and watched and timed 3 full loads and compared it to the on-line water levels. It was not putting enough water in compared to the on-line pictures. The first washer has a serious error message after 1 week. Returned it and got another of the same model deliverd. Same problem. Did Chat with Samsung and checked everything they said and then they told me it was my water line. They refused to send someone out. I returned the pair and will not buy another Samsung ever!! Worst customer service ever!
What's great about it: The silver care option was a good option if I ever got to use it
What's not so great: Did not put enough water in washer, did not clean clothes, shook so hard it moved 3 inches, Samsung refused to help.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does this washer really spin out more water?

I am replacing a 9 year old Matag top loader that flooded the first floor last night. It never really spun the clothes very dry. sometimes I even had to run the spin cycle a second time manually. I want my new washer to wring them as much as possible.
Yes the machine did spin the clothes dryer than my old toploader. Unfortunately even with their so-called "VTR" system the machine shook so hard it moved 3 inches and ran up against our outdoor refrigerator.
