Looks Great, Runs fast, it's a sweet laptop!

Last PC I got was in 2006. In dire need of a new PC. I decided to go with a laptop. They're just as fast as a desktop, space saver, portable, etc.
I went to the store and look at all the laptops. I kept coming back to this one. I found another that was cheaper, but I went with what I want. I would've regretted not getting this one. I love the way it looks and feels. Going from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 is quite different, but after a few days, I'm getting the groove of navigating 8 and customizing. The touch screen is awesome. It has decent speakers on it. They're louder than most other laptops I've heard. I didn't think about it at the time I bought it but it doesn't have a DVD burner/writer. I wanted to install a program and realized it didn't have a drive. Which is fine! You really don't need one these days, you can download any program online anymore. But I did order a external DVD burner for 30 bucks, so to have one, its a minor cost to get one. Plus I also ordered an external 1TB drive, 15 ft HDMI cable to hook to TV directly, Bluetooth mouse and a carry bag.
So there is always additional cost in buying additional gear for your laptop, which for me was an additional 150 bucks. But now I'm portable and not stuck to a desktop. I'm going to transfer all programs and files from the desktop and retire the PC. RIP my friend. I kept you alive for 8 years, but you struggled to even watch a HD video on youtube.

Home Stereo wrapped on your head!

I never got the idea on why people were wanting to shell out a bunch of money for head phones. Because forever, headphones have always been janky. They've always never been able to give you a good sound in a small package. Until I tried these on at the store one day and hooked my phone. Holy schnikies. I just couldn't believe the sound that came out of these headphones. I was blown away that a headphone finally sounds good. And I mean really good! I'm sure there are high high end studio speakers that are better than these, but be prepared to shell even more out than these already are. I've used them on my Galaxy S3 with a customer eq setting that I have kicking the music out at a great sound. I hooked them to my PC at work and man, just turn the volume up a little on the PC and these things scream. There is no lack of volume on them for sure.
Like I said in the headline. It's like having a stereo system hanging on your head. I love that the future is here and giving us such great products these days!!!
