Customer service sold me the wrong adapter the first time, but once I contacted them, they were most helpful. Was happy with the experience and was thankful for a knowledgeable staff willing to help with my situation.
What's great about it: was able to plug it in and get monitor running in a matter of seconds
What's not so great: gettingt the wrong part the 1st time
I would recommend this to a friend!
