My Dynex product failed to protect my computer and the company is not promptly honoring the protected equipment warranty. They are referring me to another company that manufactured the product and this other company's claim department does not return calls!
What's great about it: It has outlets
What's not so great: Poor warranty support.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
