I have used this a couple times and really like it. I have not used it for cleaning upholstery, however. Works great, easy to use, easy to move around, carpeting dries quickly after use. I have a pet and want to keep my carpeting clean and fresh. It easily pays for itself and is not that loud to use.
What's great about it: It was easy to set up, good instruction book, just a wonderful machine and just right for my small condo.
What's not so great: I do have to store it but I found a nice spot for it out of view.
I would recommend this to a friend!
