I bought this as a birthday present for a girl I really like. She said this was her favorite show.
What's great about it: good present, i've heard nothing but good things about it.
What's not so great: everything is great

Modern Warfare 2 is an excellent first person shooter. The controls are excellent and fluid. There are three components to the game. One is Special Ops, in which you alone or with a friend via Xbox Live or split-screen clear levels with different objectives. Warning: Veteran Difficulty is insane.
The second component is the campaign mode. When compared to the first game, this game's campaign let me down. For one, there are times when it gets confusing. And secondly, you don't really get attached to the new characters that are introduced.
The third component is multiplayer mode. This is the highlight of the game. There are 70 levels to level up, ten times if you choose to prestige. There are many challenges and weapon specific challenges that reward you with a title, which you can show off to your friends.

can xbox work on a reg tv
can xbox 360 elite work on a bormal yv or does it need hdtv like the ps3?
it works on a normal tv. i played with my xbox 360 on a regular tv for four years, and just recently upgraded.
