Works Great! gets very hot though
on October 23, 2014

Oct 24, 2014 $135.99. It seems a few people are un happy with it. You should know, IT IS A BOOSTER, Not a signal CREATOR. 10 x 0 is still 0. This will increase your existing weak signal in bad spots & fringe areas. It comes with all you need to use it, booster, antenna, cables, various mounts, etc. In very weak signal areas, the unit has to do more BOOSTING so it gets quite HOT at the USB charge plug & coaxial connection. According to the telephone help it is normal & can get up to 150 degrees in very weak signal areas. It comes with a 2 yr warranty. They have a mount you can get that connects to the A/C vent. I no longer have problems with dropped calls in my house on cloudy days or in some fringe areas of the "Coverage Map" for Cricket. I was also TOTALLY OUT of area covered and I could still send text messages in many of the areas in the mountains of Idaho. Over all I am very happy with this product.

Preferred by DVD drive manufacturers, Verbatim DVD media continues to set the standard for high-speed disc performance, reliability, and compatibility. DVD R Double Layer nearly doubles the storage capacity with two AZO recording layers on a single-sided disc. Certified and supported by the industry high speed Double Layer writers, Verbatim discs are approved for high speed burning up to 6x speeds. Store up to 8.5GBs of video in approximately 16 minutes or less while maintaining compatibility with most DVD video players or DVD-ROM drives. All backed by Verbatim's limited lifetime warranty.

VERRY BAD DISKS PURCH TWICE BOTH BAD
on August 23, 2012

Bad quality, twice, 1st time thought my drive didnt like DL. 2nd time ran quality tests & got the run around from Memorex. They tefused to replace, claiming my memorex drive not compatiple with Win7. When I told them some were done on newer Hp drive that came with pc, I was told to open another claim for the "few disks" burned on it. DDONT BUY MEMOREX. Many of the single layer disks only 6mth old now going bad jumpy or wont play anymore. You will loose your data or movies, in my personal opinion

Don't let large music, digital photo, video and data files slow your computer down, store them on these long-lasting, nondegradable DVD+R discs.

What happened to the quality?

Have used these for several yrs. Quality has always been around 70 to 90 on a Nero quality test with PI failures between 2 to 4 and average .1 to .02. But the last several hundred have had MUCH WORSE scores. Truly too bad. Maybe they changed MFGs? This is the fourth 100 pack I have used out of the last 6 where about 5% 5 or 6 out of a 100 were totally unusable and 20% had poor 0 to 8 of 100 scores but played the DVD OK. Another 20% had Low 8 to 36 of 100 score. Still played some with glitches pauses etc. I am in process of making "Back up copies" of our extensive collection, as we were recently in fear of a Hurricane. & some of our originals no longer play. In any case, Memorex will replace all that are bad SO DON"T throw them away.
What's great about it: Historical good quality
What's not so great: Quality has gone down the tube.
