3D makes a big difference

Look, I think the evil guy is overdone and that could have been written better. All the other players are terrific and with the 3D I was really involved. Makes all the difference when you are in action sequences if you have that added depth. Liked it in 2D, loved it in 3D.

The performances were subdued and over eager at predictable moments and just slow over all. The film tells a true story, an interesting and worthwhile story, like they felt it needs to be explained, in detail, I mean D E T A I L. It's like the story teller is relating it to you second hand, like he really saw the importance of this story but wasn't a very good story teller. Ang Lee is a true master so I am always lost for an explanation when this happens. This was more "The Wedding Banquet" not "Sense and Sensibility." More "The Ice Storm" and not "Broke Back Mountain."

This is a movie that will always be a grabber. Yes it's dated, and Robin Williams gives a terrific performance with a script that has dialogue that may be to "corny" for todays audience, but I say show them anyway; they may surprise you! I am so glad I bought this jewel.

This is a Disney Classic and in BlueRay it is wonderful. A throwback to a time of simpilar animation but it holds it's own with story and music and a touch of an adult perspective. I love the story so that helps but I think it bears calling a classic with this upgrade to Blue-ray.

Well, first there's Benedict Cumberbatch, soooo there's that! He doesn't disappoint. I think most fans of Dr. Strange will not be unhappy with this interpretation. The quality of the special effects is as you would expect and the story is interesting. I enjoyed it.
