Might be taking it back

Well the router works great the distance it covers within a house is amazing. But for a router meant to be connected to tons of devices at once and that is pushing smart home devices it's bad. The router, after a while falls into the same issue I've had with every Asus router it seems to burn out quickly which often causes connection disconnection cycles. It's happened about 10 times just woke writing this review. My suggestion don't buy, I'll attempt a few more fixes before I bring it back and if I figure something out I'll update.

This version of the Chromecast is a great improvement over the first installment. It has better range in Wi-Fi and can also stream full 1080p video and supports surround sound.

Bundle up ~ it is time to glide and slip into a sparkling winter adventure. The snow glistens, the ice gleams, the snowman talks and ~ wait, the snowman talks? Yes, meet Olaf, the bemusedly befuddled and comically carefree snowman of Disney's new musical fantasy, Frozen. From the animation studio that brought you Tangled, The Little Mermaid and Wreck-It Ralph, Olaf takes you on a magical journey through snowy scenes and chilly challenges, as you learn what happens after the conclusion of the new film. Step into a wintry wonderland anytime and anywhere with Frozen: Olaf's Quest on your Nintendo 3DS. Use Olaf's frigid, yet fluid form to escape slippery situations and explore 60 imaginative levels packed with puzzles. Along the way, help him uncover hidden collectibles and side challenges and unlock special customizable items. Become a part of the fun and delightful story, as you solve the puzzles and race and leap around the Frozen landscape. But don't forget a big thermos of hot cocoa ~ because the whole family will want to join in the fun of Olaf's rewarding Quest.

Bought for my son

I bought this game for my son and he really enjoyed it. it's very hard to find a Nintendo game that can keep my sons attention and not be so hard that he has to ask for my help every 5 seconds. This game falls into easy but not to easy for kids between 5 and 10. It has a decent replayability as my son has beaten it multiple times and still enjoys it.

yes the graphics were better the cars were different but when it comes down to it it's just another racing game. It was fun for a time, but didn't hold my attention very long. If you are into the racing games you will most likely really like this one as it is one of the best currently.

Change the color of your lighting to meet your mood with this Philips Hue color and ambiance bulb, which is easy to set with the corresponding app. Choose between warm and cool tones to brighten your day or warm up the night, and try out all of this Philips Hue color and ambiance bulb's 16 million options.

Does this work with google home? How do you set it up?

Need to set the rooms up through both the Home app on your phone or tablet as well as set the rooms with the hue. Once the hue bulbs are set you can assign them to rooms for both the home and the hue app. The home app should recognize the bulbs right away though.

Anybody else having disconnect problems?

My 5G wifi connections are always fast and stable but for some reason regular N connection keeps disconnecting then connects every 10 minutes about. Anyone else having that problem?
I've had this issue with every Asus router I've ever had. It's currently happening to me on my 3100. There only thing i can get anyone to tell me is that it's faulty hardware and the band is burning out. I can understand that once but over all my owned asus routers it's happened to all of them at some point in their life. First time it happened it was off warranty so I was out of luck, lately it's been shorter so I just take it back and exchange it. My problem is I paid an extra 200 for this router thinking their high end wouldn't have this issue but no it happened one of the fastest out of them all.

Can you use the cast features from a PC that has a wired LAN connection?

I'm seeing that you can use your PC if you are using the wireless internet connection on your PC. Does it work with an old "wired" PC with a network cable going from your router to your PC?
Yes it can be done with any PC that is on the same network as the Chromecast. The only thing you need is a Chrome browser on your PC and you are good to go. I will admit though that since it is still in beta the casting from screen feature tends to lag a bit.
