The product works as designed, however I was a little unhappy there is no way to do full 7.1 sound...only 5.1. There are only connections for two speakers on the rear speaker kit. It is NICE not to have wires running to the rear speakers.

Though expensive and initial buyers remorse (for the price), this television has exceeded my expectations. With no adjustments, the picture quality, color and clarity is AMAZING. Watching 3D movies is a real treat and the picture is every bit as good as at the theatre.

Does the TV convert everything from 2D to 3D?
No. If you have standard definition cable tv service, the picture is good, but not really any better than with a non 4K tv. HD cable the picture is awesome, but it is not 3D. If you have a Blu-ray player that is 4K and 3D, playing a HD disc, the player upscales the picture on the TV to near 4K quality. 3D discs played on the 3D Blu-ray player (with the 3D glasses included with the TV) are great, with the 3D effect as good as at the theatre.

Does the Sony xbr75x940c have two positions for attaching the TV legs
I understand that the Sony xbr65x930c has two different positions to attach the included TV legs. Does the Sony xbr75x940c also have this option?
Yes. The wide position - legs at ends of the TV;
Narrow - legs not at the ends. I did not measure, however I have this TV sitting on an oak coffee table and it fits quite well with the legs in the narrow position.
