Nice and Quiet

Bought this to replace a Samsung front loader for a 2nd floor laundry room. Its much more quiet and does not shake the house like the front loader. The only complaint is that it doesn't seem to get lint and pet hair off of clothes very well. This is only an issue for clothes that are hung up to dry.

Vibration and noise during spin seems excessive
We just got this washer and did 4-5 loads and it seemed to be very loud while spinning. I contacted Samsung and they had me relevel it. This seems to have helped some but the noise and vibration during spin cycle seems to still be a little excessive. I have nothing really to compare with. Thinking I will call Samsung back and see if they will send someone to look at it. Anybody have any suggestions?
Mine gets a little noisy at times but it is whisper quiet compared to the Samsung front loader we used to have. If yours is on the second floor I think you just have to live with a little noise and vibration unless you want to pay a whole lot more for a high end machine.
