....the $20 Network card is a gift card. Made out of plastic or tougher than normal cardboard. Worth money. That you purchase from a vendor, such as our friends here at Best Buy. Capiche?
Good buy if you on't own a credit card, don't want a credit card attached to your PSN account, or live in a log cabin and want to "stay off the grid" (which doesn't make sense - why do you have a PSN account?!?).
